    • Products are intended solely for gardening and are not authorized for use in situations that may create health or injury risks.
  • Damage Through Misuse:
    • Warranty is void if the product is damaged through:
      • Abuse
      • Accident
      • Improper use
      • Negligence
      • Normal wear and tear
      • Warranty Excludes Battery
  • Alterations and Repairs:
    • Warranty is void if the product is:
      • Altered, changed, or modified in any manner.
      • Repaired without written authorization from FlowerHouse®.
  • As-Is Condition:
    • Except as provided in this limited warranty, all FlowerHouse® products are provided “as is.”

      • Personal injury, personal loss, lost profits, lost wages, goodwill, downtime, economic loss exceeding the product purchase price
      • Damage to items or equipment used with the product

    • FlowerHouse® shall not be liable for any amount exceeding the product purchase price under any circumstances.

This agreement constitutes the entire warranty agreement between you and FlowerHouse®. It includes the following provisions:

  • Entire Agreement:
    • This agreement supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or proposals, whether written or oral.
  • No Authority to Extend Warranty:
    • No representative, agent, or employee of FlowerHouse® is authorized to make warranties, representations, or obligations beyond those stated in this limited warranty.
  • Modification of Agreement:
    • This agreement may only be changed through an express written agreement with FlowerHouse®.
  • Waiver:
    • Waiver of any default or breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent defaults or breaches.
  • Severability:
    • If any section of this agreement is found to be invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining sections.
  • Legal Rights:
    • This warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
  • Governing Law:
    • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America.
